Insects and Animals 

We are in the tropics, so from time to time you may meet a few tiny "roommates". Ants are faster than you can say "banana", so please do not leave food unattended – especially fruit near the bed!

Spiders live here too, but they are not dangerous. And those little lizards on the walls? The locals call them "číča". They are your best friends – they hunt mosquitoes and help keep insects away.

Of course, Bali is also home to snakes and other creatures that people are often afraid of. However, the snakes in this area are not venomous, and almost all of them live in the mountains, which are quite far from Eden. They only crawl down from the mountains towards the sea when a volcano is about to erupt. So if you ever discover a snake in the resort, I would start thinking about what to pack in your suitcase. Of course, that is a joke.

There is really nothing to worry about here – apart from sunburn, because "the sun gets you even in the shade". So in Eden, the only ones shedding their skin are our guests.

If anything appears that bothers you, just let us know and we will take care of it. We have even seen a grass snake here before – and it was beautiful.
