Housekeeping and Operations
Your room is cleaned daily, or as needed. If anything related to housekeeping does not suit you, or if your expectations are different, please do not hesitate to let us know. We are here for you and we want you to feel comfortable here.
Bed linen and towels are changed approximately once a week. If you would like them changed earlier, just let us know and place the towels outside your door.
The plants in the bathroom are watered during cleaning, but you are very welcome to water them after showering as well – cold water is enough.
Laundry – if you packed only a minimum amount of clothes (good choice!), you can have them washed and ironed here. It usually takes 2–3 days and the price is around CZK 100 for 3 kg. Please put your laundry in a bag and hand it to any member of staff.
Hot water – in the tropics, the pipes can get very hot, so sometimes hot water may come out of the "cold" tap at first – please wait a little. And the other way around: when you want hot water, it takes a short while for the heater to switch on (about one minute). Thank you for your patience.
Waste sorting – we are still at the beginning when it comes to sorting waste. We are also teaching the local community, and it helps a lot when you join in. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that someone burns waste – please let us know so we can deal with it. Thank you for helping us make Bali cleaner.
COOKING AND ENERGY
The operation of the resort — wages, electricity, gas, swimming pool, garden, and so on — is covered from income from accommodation, food, trips, motorbike rental, and massages.
If you would like to cook in our open kitchen using your own ingredients, this is possible. Please note that there is a fee of IDR 100,000 per person per day for the use of energy. Thank you for your understanding.
